Join Jill Pawloski- Yoga Instructor for this blissful healing practice. Healing Yoga is a practice that addresses the mind, body and soul. We allow our bodies to gently open and expand in yoga postures while working to heal our nervous system and mental space, clearing both the body and mind of all stress and tension.
Class will end with guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) that will allow your body to completely rest. All you need to do is simply listen and receive this powerful practice. Yoga Nidra has many benefits, including helping to reduce stress, deepen sleep, ease anxiety and cultivate inner calm.
This class will be a combination of breath work, relaxation, meditation, movement, yin, and restorative poses. You will get a little bit of it all in this hour of bliss, and each class will be different! Great for new yogis, beginners, and experienced yogis as well. Take time to heal and unwind.
