Our group meditation classes offer the atmosphere and instruction necessary to guide you to the present moment and find peace in the middle of life chaos. Meditation can aid with stress reduction, develop self-awareness, enhance creativity, and help you explore and connect to what is meaningful. We offer a variety of topic-based experiences, primarily designed to enhance and support your meditative practice.
