Expanding Into Wellness

The Balanced Living Center, LLC, which currently specializes in mental health counseling, wants to let you know of some very exciting news! In September of this year, our office will be relocating to the lower level of our building. This expansion allows us the opportunity to serve more clients with the addition of another mental health counseling office. Even more exciting, we are changing our name to The Balanced Living & Wellness Center LLC.

Why, do you ask? Because our new office will be adding a variety of wellness services to give our clients more holistic options! We will be offering services such as yoga, meditation classes, Reiki, and workshops on essential oil, raw food workshops, and coping skills. We are most excited to offer clients our specialty room, which will consist of a far infrared sauna, hyperbaric chamber, and sensory deprivation (floatation) tank.

How will you be updated? To begin with, we plan to utilize this blog, not only as a way to keep our clients informed of our office changes, but also to give you tools to assist in your day-to-day living. So make sure to bookmark our site to keep in the loop! Also, we will be hosting a monthly newsletter that you can sign up for on our website; or you can always like our Facebook page and our Twitter page.

Thank you for visiting our site, and we look forward to serving you soon!
